Details about your appointment

• If the date and time you want is unavailable, call or email us to and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate! :)

• All appointments booked will be one-on-one with a bridal consultant in your own personal showroom. 

• Please select the type of appointment you are looking to book — you can see the various appointment types on our bridal experience page.

• Alteration Appointments with the in house seamstress must be booked through the boutique via phone or email.

• Prior to booking, please read our F.A.Q Page.

• Due to the personalized nature of our appointments, we have implemented a $75 + hst NO SHOW FEE, which will be charged in the event you fail to show up for your appointment without notice.

• If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, it must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of start time will subject to a $50+hst cancellation fee. This ensures we are able to accommodate as many brides as possible and helps to prevent empty time slots.

• First bridal appointments, first follow ups, dress pick ups, and accessory appointments are FREE. A valid credit card is required upon booking, but will not be charged. The $75 and $50 fees will only be charged in the event you do not show up for your appointment or if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the start of your appointment. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

• Fresh Start Bridal Appointments (second full bridal appnts) are $75+HST. These are charged upon booking, with the amount going towards a gown if purchased in the appointment.

• Second Follow Up Appointments (third time at the boutique) will incur a $50+HST appointment fee IF a gown is not purchased.

• Stolen Hearts Bridal welcomes all people and aims to provide a comfortable experience for all. Let us know about any needs or accommodations and we will do our utmost to meet them!
