Details about your appointment

• If the date and time you want is unavailable, call or email us to and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate. You can also fill out the wait list form below for a specific date and time below the scheduler. 

• All appointments booked will be one-on-one with a bridal consultant in your own personal showroom, shopping our exclusive gown collection, and a special toast if you say yes. Due to the personalized nature of our appointments, there is a small booking fee for the time and energy put into each one. We pride ourselves on our experience and the booking fee ensures each bride is granted the best quality appointment!

• Bridal Appointments are $25 plus HST. This is charged upon booking with the amount ($25) going towards a gown if purchased in this appointment. All fees are non refundable and non transferable if changes are made within 48 hours of appointment start time.

• Follow Up Appointments are $15 plus HST. This is charged upon booking with the same cancellation policy as a first bridal appointment (see below bullet for details). The appointment fee ($15) will go towards a gown if purchased in this appointment. 

• If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, it must be done at least 48 hours in advance for the fee to be refunded. Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of start time will not have the fee refunded or transferred. This ensures we are able to accommodate as many brides as possible and helps to prevent empty time slots. 

• Dress pick ups and accessory appointments are free. A valid credit card is required upon booking, but will not be charged. Accessory appointments are subject to the $50 no-show / cancellation fee, which will only be charged in the event you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

• Alteration Appointments with the in house seamstress must be booked through the boutique via phone or email. 

• Only one appointment fee can be credited towards a gown, being the appointment in which you say yes. Please select below the type of appointment you are looking to book —
